Match Report Press Report

IOW 2 Lost to Trojans 4 in a close match.

With the home team having higher Gradings in 5 of the strings, the match was always going to be in their favour. The away team proved the statisticians wrong though by clinching a great win.

On paper, the number 1 string should have been the closest, with only 51 ranking points separating the two players before the match. Home advantage prevailed though, with Aaron Burford winning through.

It was the number 3 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 101 Points ! Victory finally going to the Away Player, Robert Motson.

Player of the tie was the Away No. 5 string, , gaining 100 Ranking Points from the match.

Player of the match must be the Away number 5 string, , who over-turned a 330 ranking points disadvantage to record a great win.
